Entering into past trauma is typically approached by people that are finding the past encroaching on the present. That is part of maturing as an individual. To gain skills to cope with that as a person. Twenty four seven. Learned coping mechanisms for the body and mind. Advanced practitioners of human living are able to support others when they have personally developed specific approaches and applicable skill sets in their own lives. Through experience. The proof is in the pudding, after all. I have found through Dawn Sky Therapy that every impart has benefited me. Some people feel shy about the mention of past life. I see things this way : Every last moment is in the past. Clarification. That is past life. Heap that all together. All the past moment, hours, days, weeks, months and years. All the relational situations. The stressors are many. More for some. Less for others. I never would have considered entering into sessions until I found myself enduring physical emotive overwhelm. It has been years since I began to process my life. Learn how to rebuild my new life now. I am honored to have been part of the process brought into the world in such a personal way by Dawn Sky Therapy. Thank you for your posts here. I make a point to comment as my offering of respect and gratitude for where I am at now, in comparison to where I was then. The rocky roads of life doth lead one down unexpected pathways. Roller coaster rides of living may be fun to some when they choose to go for a ride. Free fall during daily life, without choice in the matter, is another matter all together. The ability to take control of one’s personal space is one that I intend to investigate as long as I live. I find that whatever I am learning, whatever I have learned.... has been beneficial to me. The ace in the hole is that whatever I learn to benefit me also benefits others in my life along the way. I am all for making my world and this world a better place. One heart at a time. Thank you for being an integral part of improving my journey.

Thank you for finding words to impart deep realizations along side practical solution sets for calming integration. So much of the world is set to inflame. The restoration of balance happens in safe places where human relations are regained. Recognition of our humanity. Gentility. Recognition of the frustration of what has been insufficient. My sessions with you have raised my awareness of my own ability to have courage to contend with the past. The past that has been pushing through to the surface to be seen by me. To be acknowledged. The lessons learned along the way are now more clear. My courage and tenacity for survival are more near. I see with perspectives gained through guided sessions where I felt personally respected and supported. The online arrangement makes the ongoing joint effort far more sustainable. Far more tolerable.
